What Makes on! Plus Different?
Nicosilk Is the Softest Pouch Material I’ve Tried
The first thing you’ll notice about on! Plus is the pouch material. The brand calls it Nicosilk, and the name is fairly appropriate. I’ve tried a lot of nicotine pouches at this point, and this is easily the softest material I’ve encountered.
There’s virtually no papery scratchiness when you place an on! Plus pouch under your lip. That could make this brand particularly appealing if rougher pouches tend to irritate your gums or become uncomfortable during a longer session.
The material is also extremely stretchy. You can pull and manipulate it much more than an ordinary nicotine pouch without causing it to split. If you tend to move pouches around with your tongue, chew on them slightly or otherwise fiddle with them throughout the day, you’ve probably experienced an occasional pouch rupture. on! Plus is much more resistant to that kind of abuse.
The only potential drawback is that the Nicosilk material feels a little slippery when it first becomes moist. I don’t find it unpleasant, but it does feel unusual. The slipperiness fades after a few minutes, at which point the pouch simply feels soft and comfortable.

I personally like the larger size because a substantial pouch usually contains more filler, and more filler often means longer-lasting flavor. That’s certainly the case here.
The flexible material also makes the pouch more adaptable than its initial size suggests. You can easily stretch it out and mold it into an almost completely flat shape. It will still occupy a fairly wide area under your lip, but it doesn’t have to feel thick or bulky.
The Flavor Lasts an Exceptionally Long Time

Wintergreen is my second-favorite flavor, although it doesn’t taste as different from Mint as I’d like.
I get plenty of general mint flavor, but the distinctive sweet, herbal character associated with wintergreen is fairly subdued. If you handed me this pouch without showing me the can, I’m not certain that wintergreen would be my first guess.
The cooling may be slightly milder than it is with Mint, although the difference is difficult to judge because neither flavor is particularly cold. Like Mint, Wintergreen focuses more on a clean, fresh profile than an intense menthol sensation.
